Carrier options specify who will transport an order (for example, Iron Mountain or an outside courier). Carrier options vary according to the customer location and delivery address.

If the customer location or delivery address is outside of the service area, Iron Mountain Connect Records Management will automatically utilize a third party carrier. A message indicating that third party carrier service will be used is included on the order confirmation and is displayed below each of these line items in the Order Details (Step 2) and Order Completion (Step 3) steps in the order wizards.
